Nicole founded Redsand in 2013 with a vision and a passion for innovation in financial and social inclusion. She spearheads innovation at the nexus of data infrastructure, energy, and digital inclusion.

Having had a C-Suite executive career at a number of global technology giants including SAP, HP, Cisco, and Sage Software - Nicole dedicated her entrepreneurial journey to designing and investing in FinTech and CleanTech.

Over the past nine years, Nicole has contributed to over 20 leading market projects, focusing on building, scaling, and supporting fundraising initiatives in various domains such as wealth management, pensions and savings, mobile payments, sustainable investments, and digital assets. She was also a Venture Partner at 1835i, the venture arm of ANZ Bank, focusing on FinTech, CleanTech, and capital markets.

Nicole is an active investor with deep expertise in equity and debt capital allocation across private and public markets.

Sandeep is the CFO & COO at Redsand, where he leads finance, strategy, and technology to drive sustainable compute solutions for AI infrastructure. With over 18 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and technology-focused ventures, he brings a unique blend of expertise to reshaping data infrastructure.

Previously, Sandeep started his career in M&A at Rothschild before founding companies across energy, mobility, blockchain, and industrial tech. His entrepreneurial ventures include pioneering projects in renewable energy, electric vehicles, and decarbonizing buildings in the UK. He also serves on the boards of various technology and manufacturing companies, and a non-profit university, reflecting his commitment to driving impact across multiple sectors.

Sandeep is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School and holds an MSc in Finance from Bayes (Cass) Business School and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from PES University. He is also a certified ESG Professional from the CFA Institute.

Martin is the Advisor for the Go-to-Market strategy at Redsand Ventures. Martin has a 35 year career in the software and services sector. He graduated from Imperial College, London University, with a degree in Computing Science, and has studied at MIT, IESE and University of Michigan. From University, He built a successful career in sales, consulting and general management in B2B enterprise technology, working with Fujitsu, SAP and latterly, Oracle.

Martin has co-founded two successful tech businesses and has enjoyed trade exits from both. He is also the former West Midlands Tech Commissioner, a unique honorary role in which he reported directly to the Mayor of West Midlands with the brief to grow the region’s tech economy. Martin is also an active angel investor and non-executive Board member across a diverse portfolio of tech ventures.

Svein is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in leadership, sales, management, and technology, having contributed to the success of prominent organizations such as Cinet, Telenor, Priority Telecom, Sting Networks, and Kongsberg. He brings deep expertise in data center operations, with a focus on sustainable practices aligned with ESG principles, reflecting his commitment to driving forward-looking and impactful solutions. Svein’s operational insights and strategic acumen have positioned him as a trusted leader capable of navigating the complexities of the ever-evolving technology landscape.

Holding a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School, Svein combines academic rigor with practical experience to deliver measurable results.

Svein will support Redsand Ventures in overseeing Field Operations as well as being Country Lead for Norway.

With over 20 years of experience in the data center sector, Jason has developed a strong understanding of identifying opportunities, managing projects, and building partnerships. His ability to connect stakeholders and deliver practical solutions supports RSV's focus on innovation and growth for clients and partners.

In his role at RSV, Jason is responsible for developing client relationships, establishing channel partnerships, and ensuring collaborative success. His industry knowledge and practical approach are key to delivering effective solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
